Gabriel Bortoleto, Formula 2 and McLaren junior driver, believes Sergio Perez will not race for Red Bull next season based on his current results.

It was thought that Perez might be dropped during the summer break, but Red Bull confirmed that the Mexican driver will continue for at least the rest of the season.

Oscar Piastri disclosed on Sunday morning that he shattered a rib during the first half of the Formula One season.

The McLaren driver shared a sequence of photographs on X, the last of which depicted an X-ray scan of a clearly shattered rib.

Charles Leclerc has indicated that Ferrari is doing “absolutely everything” to resolve the present issues with the SF-24, which have rendered the Italian team less competitive.

Ferrari had a good start to the season and posed an early threat to Red Bull, with Carlos Sainz and Leclerc winning in Australia and Monaco, respectively.

Norris plans to ‘crash more’ with Verstappen.

Lando Norris has claimed that he expects to “crash more” with Verstappen as they compete at the front of the Formula One grid.

Norris and Verstappen are known to have a good friendship off the track and have done so for several years.

Lando Norris has emerged as Max Verstappen’s main contender in the drivers’ championship this season, trailing the Red Bull driver by 78 points.

 

However, Norris’ deficit could have been much smaller if not for some errors. Even Norris said that there have been times this year when he wished he could “rewind” the clock.
